Eric: Eric Swardt is a free-time amateur composer, lyricist and songwriter for film and musical theater. Eric strives to write songs that develop character and advance the plot of the story, while heightening the emotion, and reinforcing dramatic action, by evoking atmosphere and mood through the music in ways that is not possible by words alone. Eric compose and orchestrates for classical and symphonic orchestra as well as rock bands. The musical, The Exile, for which Eric wrote the music and lyrics, is currently in development. Eric composed for a number of indie films, including the score and theme song for the award winning film, Fate and participated as co-composer with The Composers Collective in composing for full length films. He is skilled in the use of music notation software (Notion 4) and studio recording and production software (Sonar X2 Professional) to compose, record and produce songs and for the production of MIDI orchestrations. He is also experienced in recording and mixing in professional studios, as well as in his own home studio.
